Your Own Way Residential Services was founded on January 1/2020. I want to deliver a full menu of services to my clients. I found that homes, much like cars, require a number of services at different times so I set out to design a company to service these needs. I spent the majority of my professional career in the customer service industry serving residential and commercial clients. One year ago, I found that customers were consistently asking me if I could do this, or that, or do you know a guy? It then dawned on me. I do! I have spent 35 years helping businesses grow through my customers and decided that it was time to offer my services as a business owner to the community as well. A graduation was in the works.
So with that knowledge, I decided that it was time to go out on my own! I offer a full line of property maintenance services that incorporate my service background with my ability to maintain residential and commercial infrastructure. I instil the same pride that I have in my personal residence to my customers. The ability to analyze current deficiencies with regards to property management and provide real solutions will be my start. I will provide weekly, monthly, bi-annual service for building infrastructure that makes occupancy easier for my clients. If an energy efficiency solution is on their mind, I can help with that. If an infrastructure element requires replacement, I can help with that!
If it is a special project, I can research the solution. I have had the privilege of working with a variety of sub-contractors through my years of experience including professional framers, electricians, crane operators, trenchers, plumbers, gas fitters, roofers, as well as complete renovation specialists. I am eager to share the professional experience I have come to enjoy with my peers to my customers.
I look forward to offering a wide variety of services to my customers with a personal pride to dedication. The bottom line is that I feel that my customers can trust my judgment. With that being said, I look forward to providing my experience to customers that would like to experience what I have to offer to the market.
